Kerala Tourism has just launched its newest international advertising campaign. Titled ‘Your Moment is Waiting’, the campaign made its debut yesterday at the Saatchi Gallery in London.
Following this, the campaign will be screened in UK-theatres that are showing the latest Julia Robert movie ‘Eat, Pray, Love’, according to a report in eTurbo News. Post the London premiere, the campaign will launch in the Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland and Netherlands markets. Kerala Tourism is also targetting iPad users with the ad.
This campaign comes close on the heels of another innovative idea by Kerala Tourism where 120-taxis in the UK were ‘wrapped’ with images from the scenic Indian state. Kerala is slowly inching ahead in the global popularity stakes; last year, the National Geographic Traveller listed it as one of the 133 ‘World’s Greatest Places’, while last month, subscribers of online travel portal SmartTravelAsia.com chose Kerala as Asia’s best destination, ahead of Phuket and Bali.
