Thanks for your question. All you need to do is read the article and follow the instructions.

Look for the sentence: "Read the group profile and become a member by following this link: Views On Tourism – Bangladeshi network and discussion." You will see some of the text is in green: this is a link that lead you through the process of becoming a member.

Dear Md. Zobair Hossain

With the huge labour force available in Bangladesh – including highly educated people, finding the dream job as a student might not be that easy.
First of all as a student your studies should have your highest priority always!
As a student you therefore have exams and classes to attend, which provides planning limitations for an employer. Speaking about employers you have to understand their point of view, they are not focused on nursing the carer of students, but getting work don and running their company.

This being said, if you have the extra resources relevant work experience is highly valuable for you future career.
Your theoretical knowledge from your teaching can become an asset for a private company/organisation – already when you are a student. But employment or internship will only happen if the company understands your potential and skills. Many students and also newly graduated people have a hard time explaining their own skills and competences.
The very first thing you have to explain to a potential employer is why should he hire you? With the company development in mind, how can he benefit from your skills? Most likely you have few seconds or minutes to sell yourself – do your homework on a company before approaching a potential employer.

Luckily relevant job experience for students is many things. It is learning to keep your word, to get work done before a deadline, cooperation with different co-workers and providing customer service. To learn these things you might want to start lower your expectations of a dream job – start as a volunteer, join a student discussion group, develop your Internet skills, host a small event or start with a job below your skills. Just get started - I promise you if you approach this kind of job very committed you will learn a lot. Any relevant experience count on your CV and it is your experience that will most likely get you the first paid job.
Do not blame you current jobless situation on others – you need to take responsibility for your own carer.

Good luck!
